YourDealsPlug ([registered company name], RC [number], [address]) runs the YourDealsPlug marketplace and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: support@yourdealsplug.com.

Account details (name, email, phone number and password), delivery addresses, your orders and returns, messages you send us or sellers, and payment confirmations from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

When you browse, we collect basic technical data such as your device, browser and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and refunds, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and, if you agree, send you offers. Each use has a lawful basis under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests, legal obligation, or your consent.

The seller(s) fulfilling your order receive your name, delivery address and phone number so they can ship it. We also share data with our payment provider, delivery partners, and service providers who host and support the platform, all under contracts that protect your data. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep account data while your account is open and order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Then we delete or anonymise it.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email support@yourdealsplug.com and we'll respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and trusted providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll tell you and the regulator promptly if a breach affects you.
