7-day returns, how to start one and when you get your money.
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they're unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and tags.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items can't be returned once opened, including underwear, opened beauty and personal-care products, and food and groceries, unless they arrived damaged or wrong.
Go to My orders, open the order and choose Return items. Pick the items, tell us why, and send the request. Pickup is free: the seller or YourDealsPlug support will contact you to collect them.
You can follow every return under Returns in your account.
Once the seller receives and checks the item, we refund you to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm (WAT) and replies within one working day.
