Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
Delivery
Where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
It depends on how far the parcel travels: within the seller's state is cheapest and quickest, then the same region (for example Lagos to Ibadan), then the rest of Nigeria. Standard delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days and Express 1 to 3.
Every product page shows the price and arrival dates for your state, and checkout shows the exact fee before you pay.
Standard delivery is free on orders over ₦50,000.
Why is there a delivery fee for each seller?
Each seller ships from their own location, so each part of your order is a separate delivery. Checkout shows the fee for every seller before you pay.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
The rider will call the phone number on your order. Please keep your line reachable on the delivery day, or add a landmark to your address to help them find you.
