These terms apply when you use the YourDealsPlug marketplace, run by [registered company name]. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Products on YourDealsPlug are sold by independent sellers. Each seller is responsible for their listings, the goods and shipping them. YourDealsPlug runs the platform, takes your payment and provides customer support and dispute handling.

Prices are in naira. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Flash-sale prices and coupons apply only while active and within their limits. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Delivery times are estimates. An order with items from several sellers arrives in separate deliveries. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and reachable.

Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition. Some items can't be returned for hygiene or safety reasons unless they arrived damaged or wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.

Keep your password private. Don't use YourDealsPlug for fraud, to sell prohibited items or to pay sellers outside the platform. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
